Alter continues their tradition of sharp-looking figures with T-elos of Xenosaga fame. The 1:8 scale figure measures 21cm (8.26") tall and appears to be a nigh perfect recreation of the video game hellion. The Greek word "telos" means "final" or "end" which is somewhat fitting since she's one of the three bosses towards the end of the Xenosaga III game. Namco didn't give T-elos a major part in XIII but she's memorable from her first appearance to the final battle.
In the Alter figure sculpture, T-elos wears revealing body armor with a color scheme that's dark as opposed to KOS-MOS' bright pastel hues. The ebon-warrior carries an energy blade on her left arm which she uses to beat the silicon (silicone?) out of our beloved KOS-MOS. T-elos also has flowing blue hair which is similar to KOS' mane. Maybe battle androids are supposed to have flowing blue-hair to accentuate their mighty nature.
The first batch of preorders will ship today but the remainder is expected to ship tomorrow when the rest of our shipments arrive. New orders for the Japanese version of T-elos are also welcome to ship on Tuesday. Pricing is set at US$68 + shipping.
