Whenever a new Bayonetta-related product is announced, we'll order it for ourselves even if we don't bring it in for mass consumption since there's a global recession going on and yadda yadda yadda. Even if a company is crazy enterprising enough to solicit preorders for Bayonetta hair extensions or Bayonetta soup dumplings, we're going to get them.

Enterbrain's The Eyes of Bayonetta book isn't a crazy kind of product. It'll actually sell more than 3 copies because it's a comprehensive tome packed full of designs, illustrations, and artwork of the heroine Bayonetta, the cast of characters, locations, and the weapons featured in the game. What we're most looking forward to are the illustrations of characters and weapons that weren't used in the game but will be featured in the book. As an added bonus, a DVD is included which contains staff commentary on the design process and how Bayonetta went from pencil sketch to full-blown action heroine. «©NCSX» In the first episode of the Mizugi Kanojo animated series, viewers are introduced to a character named Mizuho and her boyfriend Hiro. While in bed together, Hiro grabs a chunk of Mizuho's bulging belly and insinuates that she's getting fat. He suggests that she do a little exercise at the pool where he works. While at the pool, Hiro plays the part of swimming tutor and in the middle of the lesson, Hiro gets overly excited and decides to take things into his own hands. Literally. The upcoming Mizuho figure from manufacturer Beat places Mizuho on top of an inflatable crocodile and she's in a sheer blue swimsuit like the one she wears in the Mizugi episode. It's so sheer that anyone in the local vicinity can glance in Miz's direction and see everything. Repeat: Everything. TOYS Genba Kensho Suspense Mascot - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» There's a codger in our building who's knowledgeable about the principles of feng-shui. Occasionally, we'll ask for his opinion on some of the products that we peddle. For example, the codger disapproved of the Horror Summer Vibrating Pen from a few years ago but we imported them anyway. This morning, he also frowned on the Genso Kensho Suspense Mascots because according to him, "A toy that's a representation of a chalk outline from a fatal crime scene isn't exactly auspicious."

Epoch's "suspense" toy is not properly named. There's no suspense in chalk outlines. There might've been suspense and drama prior to the sketching of the chalk outline... but none in the outline itself. In any case, six styles are on offer including one that appears to be of a person who has fallen from a building. Yet another one appears to depict someone who died while dancing. We appreciate Epoch's photos of "dead" people in their preorder solicitation sheet since they get the point of the outlines across. Preorders for the set of toys are welcome to ship in late September 2010.

NEWS Game Delays Starfish's Roller Angels Pasha to Daisakusen for the Nintendo DS has been delayed again from June 17, 2010 to 2010 TBA. On the PSP, Daisenryaku Perfect has been delayed to June 24, 2010. Publisher Starfish is also working on Dakkoshite! Chimpanzee which has been delayed as many times as Roller Angels.

PS3 HD Ekisyo Monitor 3 - Delayed Hori's Ekisyo Monitor 3 for the Playstation 3 has been delayed to June 30, 2010. Please note that preorders are closed at this time.

TOYS Queen's Blade Airi Milestone Version - New, In Stock

«©NCSX» When NCS first met Airi a few years ago, she was a ginger-haired spirit maid with a penchant for the scythe. She was often depicted with a battle-damaged dress that made for easy viewing of her skivvies as well as her bosom. Although Airi carries a scythe that's as big as she is, she doesn't really need it to kill. Airi demolishes her opponents by simply siphoning the life force out of them with a mere touch.

The Milestone version of Airi from Funny Knights/Aoshima revolutionizes the killer maid with blonde locks and no maid's outfit. Airi's decked out in a battle-damaged skirt that's ripped right down the middle so that it's quite clear that her underwear is lily white. The lack of a dress also allows viewers to confirm that the color of her bra matches her dress and stockings. Preorders have shipped as of Friday; new orders are welcome.

NDS Bokujou Monogatari: Futago no Mura - Preorder

«©NCSX» The simple life simulator continues onwards with yet another game where virtual farmers grow crops and raise animals. Players have the choice of going to Bluebell Village which specializes in animal husbandry or Konohana Village where the main vocation is farming. The mayors of the two villages are at odds with each other which leads to strife and ill will. The protagonist in Futago no Mura goes to either Bluebell or Konohana to make a living and perhaps bring the two towns together.

New to the game is the availability of alpacas for their wool, keeping honeybees, and the opportunity to bring home a pet owl. Love interests abound in the two villages and protagonists may go on dates to fetter out that special someone. Preorders are welcome to ship on July 8, 2010.
