With the new "Digimon
Adventure Tri" movie series debuting later
this winter, Bandai presents a new Digivice
handheld to
dovetail with the new six-part film serial.
Unlike previous Digivices which featured
Digimon gameplay and a pedometer function,
the Complete Selection Animation Device is
more of an audio device where owners can
press a button and listen to sayings from
the original eight Digimon:
Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, Palmon, Tentomon,
Gomamon, Patamon, and Gatomon
In addition to the snippets of sayings, the upcoming Digivice also
contains samples for the Digimon Adventure
Tri theme song "Butter-Fly" (90 seconds) and
"Brave Heart" (30 seconds). The new Digivice
also flashes in eight different colors for
each Digimon.
Preorders for the Complete Selection Animation Digivice are welcome
to ship in mid December 2015.
