X360 Onechanbara Z: Kagura - Import Preorder
«©NCSX» A new girl named Kagura takes up the sword in a new hack 'n slash action game where zombies and the monstrous overlords are eviscerated and plundered in gory fashion. Kagura bears a strong resemblance to Aya of previous Onechanbara game with her svelte yet buxom frame, wavy tresses, and cowboy hat. Kagura battles the undead with her half-sister Saaya and the two are half-human and half-vampire killing machines. At the outset of the game, the two sisters are en route from Romania to Japan to eliminate Aya and Saki for rousing zombies all over the world.
The two girls are armed with three weapons each with which to slay their adversaries and deal damage on a quick and massive scale. For example, Kagura wields dual swords while Saaya is armed with a chainsaw to buzz through undead flesh. A new system introduced in the game called 'Blood Recovery' allows the sisters to regain health by drawing in their own spilled blood. Since the sisters are vampires, they can perform a move called 'Heroic Drain' which sucks blood from powerful foes to reduce their vitality and prepare them for the eventual kill. Preorders ship on January 19, 2012.

NDS Maple Story DS - New Japanese Import

«©NCSX» The Korean version of Maple Story DS was released last year and the game gets localized for the Japanese market this week. Maple Story is a wildly popular online MMORPG originally released for the Korean market in 2003 and then to the rest of the world. The game has been played by over 100 million gamers around the world. Unlike World of Warcraft or Final Fantasy XI which feature 3D worlds, Maple Story plies the 2D side-scrolling platform trade where heroes explore and attack enemies on flat plane.
The Nintendo DS conversion of the game plays like the PC version and at the outset of the adventure, players may choose to be a thief or a warrior but a two other character classes - Magician and Bowman - are in silhouette and not selectable... yet. NCS Product Synopsis «©NCSX» Oliver and the fairy named Shizuku are back in a Playstation 3 re-envisioning of Level-5's adventure game that originally launched on the Nintendo DS earlier this year. As the story goes, Oliver's loving mother has passed away and the little lad is stricken with grief but salvation lies in a strange toy that was given to him by his mother when he was younger. One day, whilst Olivier is crying and his tears are raining down on the toy, it comes to life and introduces himself as "Shizuku," a fairy from another land. Ninokuni Shikkoku no Madoushi is an action-adventure game that takes place on the sumptuous world of Ninokuni. Oliver and Shizuku traipse through the wilderness, cross chasms, battle monsters, and explore quaint towns. When traveling, Olivier leads while Shizuku dutifully follows like a puppy.
