Laharl and then Rosalinde were the heroes in the first two Disgaea games and their stories have reached a satisfactory conclusion. Disgaea 3 follows the story of a demon-lad named Mao who attends the Maritsu Evil Academy. Mao's father is an Overlord and as is the case with all ambitious demon youngsters, the son seeks to supplant the father in a bid to take the title of Overlord for himself. Egging Mao on is an elderly advisor named Jiiya who provides guidance and support. Mao's foil in the game is a girl named Raspberry who hopes to dissuade the lil' demon's machinations and keep the status quo as is.

Makai Senki Disgaea 3 plays much like the earlier turn-based Disgaea games where movement and action are controlled from a simple menu. The attacks are much more dynamic however with acrobatic strikes, towering cooperative blows, and special effects that light up the screen for a bounty of eye candy that S-RPG fans will appreciate. Note: Disgaea 3 supports 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video output settings.

Castle Paltina has fallen, the King has died, and Princess Yggdra runs away to fight another day. Yggdra Union starts off with a tutorial which introduces players to the background of the game and teaches warriors on the ways of proper battlefield manners. Take on the role of a stray thief named Milanor who meets up with Princess Yggdra as she mounts concerted attacks to eventually retake her castle from the invading army. In the first mission, players activate five tactics cards and head for an overworld map where the party is represented by squat team members. Battles are called "Unions" in the game where the hero engages an enemy by pressing the "START" button and then selecting a target enemy such as the assassin, the bandits, and the Valkyries in the tutorial. When the battle begins, the party is seen rushing onto the battlefield from the left and hacking the enemy on the right with a pre-emptive attack. RAH Phantom of the Paradise v2.0 - Stock Clearance

Brian De Palma wrote and directed a doozy of a film in the 70s which apparently still haunts the dreams and visions of someone at Medicom. Mainstream cultural references to the "Phantom of the Paradise" have been scarce in the past couple of decades but that didn't stop Medicom from knighting the 309th Real Action Heroes figure, "Phantom of the Paradise Ver2.0." The Phantom Paradise movie is a study on the depths of the human soul and a cautionary tale to song writers anxious to break into the music industry. The protagonist is a composer-cum-janitor named Winslow Leach who's music is stolen by a music producer named Swan. The RAH figure features the leather-clad Winslow who wears a mask (removable) to hide his disfigured face... which looks a tad maniacal. The figure ships with extra hands, a blade, and a toilet plunger.

Super Mario Galaxy Sound Drop Compact - Preorder

The shrill sound effects and jingling chimes of Super Mario Galaxy are captured in Bandai's upcoming Sound Drop toys dedicated to the recent Wii game. A total of eight different Sound Drops are featured in the set which emit a sonorous sound effect when pressed. Push all eight in sequence and you might compose a sweet Mario Galaxy symphony.

The Sound Drop toys are normally sold through gashapon dispensers in random fashion but we'll gather them up and portion them into complete sets. Preorders are welcome to ship in mid-late May 2008 at US$25 for the full set of eight Mario Galaxy Sound Drops.
