I've been trying to reach you by email for the past month. I've tried both emails but I haven't received a reply yet. Also the emails sent to support at ncsxshop bounced back
I'm in the same boat!
Been trying to reach support and my emails just get bounced.
Got charged for preordering this helmet and it's been 6+ months and it hasn't shipped yet.
Is there any hope of these ever coming in stock?
